Founded by jazz violinist and composer Kenneth Li, Korvi Quartet is Hong Kong’s first jazz string quartet—and a rare gem in the global jazz scene. With a deep-rooted European jazz influence, the quartet goes beyond reimagining celebrated jazz tunes and arrangements, pioneering original compositions that embrace contemporary trends and groundbreaking perspectives, continuously pushing musical boundaries. While members of Korvi have performed in different countries across Europe, America and Asia, the quartet has maintained a distinct presence in Hong Kong, curating innovative programmes that showcase the versatility of jazz.
